What type of DJ are you?

My style is very congenial. I conform to my clients vision of how they want and expect their wedding or event to be musically. Some events my clients request that I’m interactive and engaging. Teaching fun line dances and leading and facilitating activities and others request more of a background type DJ. I am capable of going any direction with music and flow.

DO YOU CHARGE FOR SET UP AND BREAK DOWN?

I do not charge to set up the sound and lighting before your event or break down after. There is a flat hourly rate and set up and strike are included in that price.

CAN YOU MAKE THE ANNOUNCEMENTS AT OUR WEDDING?

Yes. I come prepared at weddings with a separate microphone to make the announcements that are necessary to help maintain the flow of events. I make the announcement that are requested in a professional manner. 

DO YOU TAKE BREAKS?

I do not take breaks during the duration of the event not unless I have to use the restroom which then I put on a song that would allow me a couple of minutes to get away and return.

DO YOU SUPPLY ALL OF YOUR OWN EQUIPEMTNT?

Yes. I provide everything that I need to provide services unless negotiated ahead of time. If negotiated ahead of time equipment that I am bringing and not bringing will be itemized in the agreement. However I will always need the venue/facility or client to ensure that I have appropriate electricity for my equipment.

DO YOU REQUIRE A MEAL?

No. I don’t require a meal in our contractual agreement but if offered I may accept ( :

CAN I CHOOSE MY PLAYLIST? AND MY "DO NOT PLAY" LIST?

Yes. I have a database of music that you will have access to of over 300,000 song titles. There are four categories. “Definitely play”, “Play if possible”, “definitely DO NOT PLAY” and “custom”. Custom is a category that you can write the song and artist in if it isn’t in our database. You can also use the Spotify platform and share an existing playlist with me.

DO YOU OFFER A PHOTO BOOTH? LIGHTING? VIDEO SCREENS?

Yes, yes and yes! I offer photo booth services that start at 3 hours. I offer fun party lights as well as other various types of event lighting. I also offer video screens and projectors that would likely be used for a video montage of sort.

HOW MUCH OF A DEPOSIT Am I REQUIRED TO PUT DOWN?

I require a 50% deposit and a signed agreement to completely secure our services at your event.

WHEN IS THE FINAL PAYMENT DUE?

Final payment is due 48 hours prior to the beginning of the event.
